☀️ Pool days are right around the corner! If your deck isn’t ready, now’s the time. This one was done with Trex composite in toasted sand and it’s such a good option around pools. No staining, no splinters, and it just looks clean year after year.

We’ve been turning these around pretty quickly lately, keeping pricing fair, and putting out work we’re really proud of. If it’s been on your list, now’s the time to get it done before summer sneaks up.

Most deck issues don’t start with the boards you see.
They start at the connection points underneath.

In this clip, Austin is installing Simpson Strong-Tie BVLZ brackets, which are used to reinforce high-load, high-stress connections in the deck framing. These steel brackets help reduce movement, limit flex over time, and increase the overall strength and longevity of the structure.

They’re not required on every deck. But when the layout, span, or load calls for added support, we overbuild on purpose!

Because the best construction work is the part no one sees. 🙈
