We get the opportunity to do repairs on all sorts of cylinders. Some large and some small. This particular one was a larger one than normal. 8” bore and a 52” stroke! The cylinder was leaking externally and no doubt it was weak. Notice the second picture. The piston seal was disintegrated! This is called internal bypass. This repair was also done under “emergency” conditions. As a main component to a process, it was required to be an expedited repair. Thankful for the opportunities we get. 🙏🏼💪🏼

Turnaround time update ❗️

Good morning! Luke and Joe out this morning pulling forklift cylinders for one of our loyal customers 💪🏼

Due to a recent influx of cylinders, turn around time for walk in cylinders is now one week MINIMUM. The Lord has blessed us abundantly and we are doing our best to manage walk ins as well as the scheduled work we have. We’re working diligently to get and keep everyone up and running. We appreciate the work and your patience, happy Thursday!
