The county hit our water line on the west side of Circle R Lake. We are working to get it repaired

Just an FYI in regards to the upcoming freezing weather.
Our wells DO have generators.
They are designed to start if there is a power outage.
Before calling to see why you don't have water, please keep in mind your pipes might be frozen. We hope no one has to go through this with no electricity or water, but we are prepared the best we can be.

We have a leak on Benbrook. Our crew is headed there now, but will have water off at some point soon. It will effect other areas (HWY 19/287) between our office and Benbrook. Should be a pretty quick fix, but you will have air in your lines when the water is back on. I'm at the office if you need to call 903.729.4236.

Bills were mailed at the Palestine Post office 9.23.25. I'm not sure why they have not been delivered. I have sent in an official inquiry to the post office. This is the second month it's happened.
Please go to our website: https://walstonspringswsc.myruralwater.com/ if you need to know your bill amount. You will need your account number and the last name on the account. You do not have to pay through the website.
You can text the office 903.729.4236 with your address or account number and I will text you back your balance due.

We as a water supply corporation are very concerned about the intent of upcoming wells being drilled in our area.

Walston Springs has hired an attorney from Austin to represent our water system to protect our water supply.

We will always try to protect our members the best way possible.
