🥳🥳As we get ready to celebrate 1 year of Excellence Air & Heat, we've spent a lot of time reflecting on what we wanted this company to be from the very beginning.
We never wanted to build a business centered around pressure, gimmicks, or inflated prices. We wanted to build something based on trust, honesty, and long-term relationships with the people who call us into their homes.
Most of our growth this last year has come from word of mouth, repeat customers, and referrals from family and friends who believed in us enough to recommend us to someone they care about. That means more to us than any advertisement ever could.
To us, our customers are never "just another call." We believe in treating people fairly, communicating honestly, showing up when we say we will, and doing work we are proud to stand behind.

Your drain line might look fine from the outside… but inside can tell a completely different story.

This drain was almost completely restricted from years of algae and buildup — kind of like cholesterol building up inside an artery. Many “quick fixes” and wives’ tales might help temporarily, but nothing replaces a proper cleaning.

We thoroughly clean the drain line to restore proper flow and help prevent water damage, overflow, and shutdowns. We also include a pan treatment strip that slowly disperses over time to help reduce future buildup and keep things flowing longer.

A clogged drain line can turn into a ceiling repair fast — preventative maintenance is always cheaper than water damage. Call us if your system hasn’t had its drains cleaned in a while.

Another attic system done right ✔️

This one had a pretty serious issue — the old unit’s float switches had been disconnected at some point, which led to the drain pan overflowing and causing damage to the customer’s ceiling.

We removed everything and started fresh: • New air handler
• New drain pan with proper safety switches (primary + secondary)
• New plenums
• Relocated the condenser to give it room to breathe

A lot of times you’ll see systems squeezed into tight spaces or safety protections overlooked… we don’t cut corners like that. Taking the extra time now helps prevent bigger (and more expensive) problems later.

If your system hasn’t been checked in a while or something just doesn’t seem right, it’s worth taking a look before it turns into a bigger issue.

🚨 New Construction Heads Up – Dryer Vent Issue 🚨
We’ve been seeing a common problem in newer homes across Brevard & Indian River counties…
Homeowners call thinking their dryer isn’t working properly — long dry times, overheating, or poor airflow.
But the real issue?
👉 The roof dryer vent still has the factory screen installed — and it’s completely clogged with lint.
That screen is NOT meant to stay in place for dryer exhaust. It traps lint, restricts airflow, and can even become a fire hazard over time.
✔️ What to look for: • Clothes taking multiple cycles to dry
• Dryer getting excessively hot
• Weak airflow at the vent
✔️ What we do: We inspect the entire vent system and make sure everything is clear, safe, and up to proper standards.
If you’re in a newer home and haven’t had your vent checked, it might be worth a look.
