Parts are starting to show up for the Sonoma build.

I was originally planning on running a Holley Terminator setup, but with the Terminator X Max starting around $1,700, I decided to give ACES Fuel Injection a try on this one.

For a few hundred dollars more, I ended up with engine and transmission control, an 8" screen, wiring harness, fuel rails, injectors, and their Gambler intake manifold. Pretty solid bang for the buck.

First impression is good. Packaging was clean, everything was protected well, the wiring harness looks great, and the intake looks even better in person.

Now it’s time to start making it all come together.

Hey guys, Scorpion Fabrication has been down for a while, but I’m looking to start cranking it back up.

For now, I’m not taking on outside work. I’m going to focus on documenting a personal build, a 1984 Sonoma turbo 5.3L/4L80 project I’m building with my son.

As things move forward, the goal is to start developing parts for popular platforms and common swaps.

What are some parts you guys wish were easier to get, better made, or actually fit like they should?
