As proud members of the WLF, we take pride in acknowledging women's leadership in our community. We are thrilled for the chance to continue assisting and empowering the next generation of women leaders.
How does supporting initiatives like this align with your company's values or goals?
From the very beginning, Farley Pavers has stood out as a female-owned and operated business in the construction industry, which is typically male-dominated. As the trend towards gender balance continues to gain momentum, we are thrilled to play a part and encourage young women to explore any field that ignites their passion. At our core, we prioritize the betterment of the Coachella Valley community, and we believe that one of the most effective ways to achieve this is by supporting and uplifting young women.
Are there any specific aspects of the event that resonate strongly with your brand or mission?
At Farley Pavers, we understand the value of education. That's why we encourage our employees to pursue further knowledge and development, whether through traditional college, trade school, or on-the-job training and conferences.
