Renovation with Flair is the premier team of local bonded and licensed sub-contractors providing remodel services, large and small, to satisfied clients throughout Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino County and the Coachella Valley. As the Project Manager, I approach each remodel project uniquely offering the following services:
- Assurance all required City Permits and, if applicable, HOA approvals

are obtained
- On owner selected purchases such as appliances I personally price compare brick and mortar to online stores searching for the lowest possible price
- All building and non-building materials including work performed by sub-contractors required to complete the project are paid off invoice with no markup
- Provide a Bi-weekly Project Summary comparing budget vs actual project costs
- Free project estimates and remodel suggestions

You, the owner, decide your level of involvement from hands-on to complete hands-off during the project.
