The holiday season is a time of giving, and this year we we had the unique opportunity of collaborating with The Palm Springs American Legion Owen Coffman Post 519, The American Legion Auxiliary, Palm Springs Post 519, and the Desert Riders Association in delivering toys to the American Legion post 519 from their various donation locations throughout Palm Springs. We filled up our trailer and 5 truck beds with toys and bicycles all donated by generous members of the American Legion Post 519 and members of the community. The gifts are going to be set up at the American Legion Post 519 at a “Make shift” store where the parents will be given the opportunity to shop for their children. The gifts are handed out over a 2 day period: the first day is reserved to active military parents and the second day is reserved for parents of the community. We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from our family at Whitleys Construction Corp. to yours. 🎄
