We have used tires available for $5 each!

Using old tires for gardening is a great way to recycle them and prevent them from ending up in landfills. It can also help you create a beautiful and productive garden with minimal work and cost!

Some tips on how to use old tires in a garden are:

Only use whole, clean tires

Plant only non-edible plants in tires

Grow plants in the tire first before adding dirt around the plant

Fill the tread of the tire with potting mix or rich compost before adding your seedlings

Keep water off the seedlings themselves

Fertilize regularly with diluted organic fertilizer, but don’t overdo it
