Log Cabin for Sale – Caswell Lakes Area

Here’s a chance to own a completed Timberline log cabin on a wooded half-acre lot in the Caswell Lakes area!

This cabin was supplied by Timberline Log Cabin Kits and built by Irish Shine Carpentry LLC.

The interior is completely finished with tongue-and-groove pine throughout, wood-look vinyl flooring, vaulted ceilings, a woodstove, and a spacious loft with a dormer for extra room. There’s also a separate bedroom on the main floor.

The cabin has an insulated floor, metal roof, and a nice front deck. It’s a dry cabin, so there’s no running water or indoor plumbing.

This is a complete cabin and property package, not just a kit. It would make a great weekend getaway, recreational cabin, or quiet place to call your own.

Financing options available!

Owner financing is available with a substantial down payment and acceptable terms. Buyers can also explore recreational cabin financing through Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union (MVFCU), subject to lender approval.

Meet The Pioneer!

This is a 28x36 cabin with a 12-foot dormer, built by our clients, the Alpe family. They took on the construction themselves and have done a great job bringing it all together.

We love seeing what our customers are able to create with the kits we cut and package here at Timberline. A kit this size and configuration runs approximately $120,000.

We’ll share more pictures as it comes together!

Biggest front gable Timberline has ever cut out. We had to create an entire new cut out table! It will be about 50’ wide and over 16’ tall. The windows will be very heavy. Just shows that we work very hard to make our clients dreams come true!
