The “Splash” is intended for frustrated adolescent patients to help them relax and take them to a calm space while receiving the highest level of safe psychiatric care.

Our Story

Established 1947 by it's founder George T. Schmidt as a residential remodeling contractor, George started to establish himself as a quality oriented contractor. By the 50's and 60's George was building single family houses and remodeling light commercial store front and office renovations. Also during this time he was getting a reputation for building additions to various churches in the region. George as well started delving into building water and sewage treatment plants and pump stations for local municipalities.
