I don't need a $70,000 executive assistant. Every person on my team has a $200 a month one now.
Reports, spreadsheets, pricing in ServiceTitan, emails, my calendar. I tell it what I need and it gets done.
I'm not replacing anybody. My team gets their work done in 75% less time, so they spend more of it on the phone with customers.
