Skilled Laborer ($15-$18 Per Hour)

This position is for experienced Laborers with skills in rough grading, fine grading, grading and cleaning up jobs sites around residential homes.

Examples of Job Responsibilities

• Measuring distance from grade stakes, drives stakes, and stretches string line

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of grade levels inside a foundation, driveway, and sidewalk

• Levels earth to grade specifications using shovels and rakes

• Able to report to business location and disperse to job site

Qualifications

• At least two years of general labor experience
• Drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in an environment that is subject to various noise, temperature, and weather patterns
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work on average ten (10) hours per day and five days (5) per week
• Ability to understand and follow directions and work well within a team

Must have previous work experience in operating one or more machines:

Skid Steer
Payloader
Grade Tractor
Track Loader

Qualifications

Three to Five (3-5) years of experience operating specific types of equipment
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to work in an environment that is subject to various noise, temperature, and weather patterns
Ability to understand and follow directions and work well within a team
