Check out this 800 sq ft ADU we built for our client. We were able to fit two bedrooms, a full bath and even stacked laundry in this great use of space. We built this during the first phase of construction, so the family could live in it while the main house was being remodeled. We use smaller appliances like you would in apartments to be very efficient with the space we had. Now the family can use it as a guest house or if they want can rent out.
