7 years ago today we gutted this home in Amarillo and did a complete remodel. All of the sewer and water lines were broken under the slab. Major undertaking.

Steel buildings? Yes, we do those too. Here is a 30x60x16 with a 20x60 shed roof for trailer parking . Concrete works starts with good dirt work and footings. Lots of steel rod and rebar cages. Lean to has enclosed wing walls on footings, to help block crosswinds and keep debris from collecting. 4ft entry doors and 14ft overhead door. Client chose great colors on the metal and trim. . Great repeat customer choosing us for his shop/barn needs.

Before and demo of a kitchen and breakfast area. Lots of brick removal. Gutted everything to studs and ceiling joists. 3 days total for 2 old goats and a young gun, not bad. We are going to give this beautiful home, the kitchen it deserves!
