MASSIVELY busy week for the Beaches’ crew!

- Baymont (barefoot): large strides towards a mid-June completion date! 📅

- HT (palm & tides): the connector between the two towers is moving along nicely and all drywall is finished ✔️

- Shrimpboat: structural steel is going in with anticipation of completion next week 🔨

- Alvin’s 17: dressing rooms are framed up, TPO roof is nearing completion, and the paint & EIFs continues around the building 🎨

- GC: the insanely strong cased opening received drywall and will be painted next week; completion to follow! 💪🏼

Beaches completed phase 1 this past month and is slated to begin phase 2 of 4 this upcoming fall.

Milestone Scope:
- traffic coatings
- structural repair
- building paint
- walkway repairs
- balcony repairs
- waterproofing
- stucco
- etc.

We appreciate our team for knocking phase 1 out of the park, more excitement to follow!

Just a quick update from this past week!

HT: lobby tile and drywall are going in throughout the hotel, plus the new connector is getting constructed to make it easier to access both towers!

Baymont: new concrete parking has been added + new paint - looks great!

Shrimpboat: new parking area is complete and we’re getting the structural steel in place to relocate the hvac units

Huff: after long awaited progress, exterior paint is wrapped up, and electrical rough-in completed. Phase 3 to commence shortly!
