Today was a big day for Gulf Coast Plaza, we received the approval of the Building Final for the Shell portion of the project!! We are scheduled to receive the Certificate of Occupancy next week. Servis1st Bank is scheduled to open a week from today, May 15th.

It’s been a busy week prepping for the parking lot at Gulf Coast Plaza! We were scheduled to start paving tomorrow but with the weather coming in, we were told this morning, we are starting today!! Big shout out to our site contractor, CBC Construction!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
