🔧 NOW HIRING: Experienced Welder/Fabricator

Teamworks Welding & Fabrication is looking for a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. We specialize in structural steel, aluminum fabrication, railings, stairs, metal buildings, and custom projects. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a fast-paced, quality-driven shop, we want to hear from you.

🔥 Requirements:
• Must be drug-free
• Prior welding experience required
• Proficient in MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and weld parts according to specifications
• Work with structural steel and aluminum materials
• Assist with layout, fitting, and assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

⭐ BONUS (Not Required):
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Experience with TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding (SMAW)
• CNC equipment experience
• CNC plasma table experience
• CNC press brake experience
• CNC shear experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Knowledge of SolidWorks software

• Full-time, steady work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
