Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of an incredible project for our community — a new Springfield City complex that brings together City Hall, Public Works, Police, and Fire services all in one place. ✂️🏛️🚓🚒

This project represents more than just new buildings. It reflects teamwork, dedication, and a shared commitment to building something that will serve our community for generations to come.

We are especially proud that this project was completed three months ahead of schedule and under budget — a testament to the hard work, collaboration, and excellence of everyone involved from planning to construction and the leadership Mayor Hammond and his team brought to the table.

Charles, Joe, Ben, Richard and Dalton - we are grateful for your daily commitment and hardwork to bring this meaningful project across the finish line. Today we cut the ribbon, but the real impact begins now as these facilities begin serving the people who make Springfield such a great place to live and work.

This morning, Team ReliantSouth participated in the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Springfield Civic Center. The Team joined city officials, community leaders, and neighbors as we took the first step in building a modern space for continued community growth. This new 12,200 square foot civic center will be a hub for public events, services, and civic engagements. The project will begin soon and we are excited to partner with the City of Springfield for another successful project.

Retail Building 1 at West Bay has made great progress over the last month. RTU’s have been set, roofing is almost complete and the lap siding, brick and stucco are tracking nicely. Keep up the good work, Lee and Lindsey!

Yesterday’s concrete pour at the Panama City Surgery Center went well! The Surgery Center is gaining two operating suites, to increase their footprint, and keep up with the needs of our growing community.
