By relocating the washer, dryer, and water heater to another area of the house, we successfully integrated the additional space into the bathroom. The newly designed bathroom features a pocket door for direct access from the hallway, a spacious vanity with ample storage and counter space, and a sliding glass soft-close shower door, complemented by beautiful tile work throughout. This custom equestrian barn is now complete, showcasing a meticulous finish from initial sketch to final touches. It boasts six individual stalls, each equipped with Dutch exterior doors, sliding interior doors, and salon-style feed openings. A spacious grooming and wash bay features a sloped floor for efficient drainage. Additional amenities include a tack and feed room, as well as a full-length concrete walkway and breezeway designed for optimal cross ventilation.
