Meet Chace McGrew, one of the skilled welders helping keep FABCO's Fabrication Department running strong.

Chace grew up around FABCO, watching his dad, Jarrid, build a remarkable career here over the last 20++ years. As our longest-tenured employee, Jarrid set the bar high, but we'd say Chace is off to a pretty good start.

When he's off the clock, Chace enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, hunting, and any activity involving water. Growing up on a family farm, he feels most at home outdoors and with the people who matter most.

We're proud to have Chace as part of the FABCO family and excited to see him continue a legacy that spans generations. 👨‍🏭🐓
