Detailed career description: Mechanical Tech/Project Manager
This person takes industrial customer assemblies/machines/lines that need rebuilding/refurbishment/improvement/redesign and develops and details a plan, works with the team to develop a quote, and then manages/executes the rebuild project thru the plant to completion. This may include on site installation supervision, documentation and followup support for the life of the product as well as working with team members to manufacture, and repair parts. Persons with a wide variety of backgrounds, experience, education levels, and skill sets may be good fits for one of these positions. Aptitude, attitude, work ethic, and personality will be critical, and high level of mechanical background is required.
