Winter weather doesn’t stop the work—it just changes how we show up.

Over the past several days, our teams at East Texas A&M and our Paris location have been out in difficult conditions, working long hours to keep the campus safe and accessible during this winter storm.

Cold temperatures, ice, and snow make already demanding work even tougher, and we’re incredibly grateful for the dedication, grit, and teamwork these crews continue to demonstrate. This is what ownership, professionalism, and serving others looks like in real time.

Our East Texas A&M crew hosted an MLK Day of Service that brought together 50 student volunteers to help re-mulch landscape beds across campus. From shovels and rakes to teamwork and encouragement, it was incredible to see so many hands working toward a common goal.

The day also gave our team the opportunity to step into leadership roles, each running a crew of 8–12 volunteers — building skills, confidence, and connections that go far beyond the job site.

Thank you to every student who showed up ready to serve. This is what community looks like.

Every morning at our Paris and ETAM offices, our Production Crews start the day with Stretch & Flex time — a moment to prepare our bodies, sharpen our focus, and get aligned as a team.

This isn’t just about stretching.
It’s about safety, communication, and living out our Core Values before we ever step onto a jobsite.

During this time, our Production and Project Managers also review:
• Job-specific safety reminders
• Daily goals and expectations
• Company Core Values
• Team mindset for the day
