Congratulations on Your Retirement, Tim Allen!

After years of hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to Red River Outdoor Living, Tim Allen is officially retiring.

If you know Tim, you know this photo is probably the most work-free moment we've ever captured. Tim was never one to sit still, take it easy, or shy away from whatever needed to be done. He showed up every day ready to work, help others, and do his part to make our team better.

Beyond his strong work ethic, Tim earned something even more valuable—the respect and friendship of everyone who had the opportunity to work alongside him. His positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help made a lasting impact on our company and culture.

Tim, thank you for your years of service and dedication. We are grateful for everything you've contributed to Red River Outdoor Living.

Now that retirement has officially arrived, we hope you spend plenty of time doing exactly what's happening in this picture—kicking back and taking it easy.

Congratulations, Tim. You've earned it.
