🎃👻 IT’S ALMOST TIME TO GET SPOOKY! 👻🎃

Our 4th Annual Shankle’s Drive-Thru Trick-or-Treat is coming up, and we’re SO excited to see all of our little ghosts, goblins, witches, superheroes, and princesses! 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️🍬

📅 Halloween — October 31st
⏰ Starting at 5:00 PM until we run out of candy!
📍 Shankle’s Heating & Cooling
408 Memorial Dr., Paris, TN

🚗 Stay in your cars! We’ve got a spooky path planned around the building with plenty of surprises along the way. You’ll stop at all of our creepy characters, pull up slowly, and collect your treats! 🍭🎃👻

This has become one of our favorite traditions, and we’re grateful to get to celebrate Halloween with our community every year. ❤️

Bring the kids, bring your costumes, and come have some Halloween fun with us! 🎃

⚠️ Candy is available while supplies last — so come early!

🎃👻 We’re Getting Ready for Trick-or-Treat! 👻🎃

It’s that time of year again! 🧡🖤

Every year, Shankle’s Heating & Cooling loves opening our doors (or driveway 😉) and hosting our Drive-Thru Trick or Treat for the kids in our community—and we’re already getting excited! 🍬🎃

To help us make this year’s event extra special, we’re looking for donations of:

🍭 Candy — individually wrapped candy or treat bags
💵 Monetary donations — any amount helps us purchase candy and supplies
🎃 Halloween decorations — outdoor/indoor décor, lights, or themed items

Whether you donate a bag of candy, $5, a decoration, or simply share this post, every little bit helps! ❤️

Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and memorable Halloween experience for the kids in our community—and we couldn’t do it without the support of our friends, customers, and neighbors.

If you’d like to donate, send us a message or stop by the shop!

Thank you for continuing to support our little family business and for helping us make Halloween a little more magical for our community. 🧡

Let’s make it SPOOKTACULAR! 👻🎃🍬

We are so grateful! Being voted Reader’s Choice Favorite Heat & Air for 3 years in a row means more to us than we can even say.

When we took on this business, our goal was simple: treat people right, do honest work, and take good care of our hometown. Knowing that you trust us with your homes year after year is something we will never take for granted. Henry County really is the best community around.

To our guys: we couldn’t do a single bit of this without you. Whether you’re crawling under houses in the summer heat, working late into the evening to make sure a family has air, or keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, you work hard and it shows. Thank you for showing up every single day and taking real pride in what you do.

To every customer, friend, and neighbor who took a minute out of their day to vote for us: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We love serving this community!

In the past week, Henry County has seen tragedy and loss that has left us all saddened and in disbelief. No one ever knows the right words to say when losing someone, and we are no different. However, we do want to extend our deepest condolences; not just to the families, but to our entire community as the loss of these people affects so many of us.

Dr. Townsend left an impact on most people he encountered. While he was never my optometrist, he was my customer and there was never a conversation with him that did not leave me smiling. He was always upbeat and positive. Even when I had to tell him his unit had to be replaced and gave him the price, he still smiled. It seemed like he found the good in everything and if there's anything I want to learn from this world, it's just that-to find the good in everything. I think that's a lesson we can all learn.

"Everyone knows Carter, mom, everyone loves him." That's how my youngest spoke of Carter last night as she was telling me about her classmate. His parents were my own classmates which makes it all even more heart wrenching. Carter was very active in sports, fishing, welding. He was always there for his friends, and ready to help those who needed it. These are qualities many adults don't possess, so I know his parents are beyond proud of the young man they raised him to be.

Two completely different generations, but two massive losses that have left a huge hole in Henry County. From all of us at Shankle's, we are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

Tonight’s the night for the seniors graduating from Henry County High School!

As you sit there tonight with your classmates, take a moment to reflect on all the hard work you’ve put in to get you here. All the late night studying, exams, ACTs and SATs-it was all for this moment, to open the door to your futures. We are so happy for each and everyone of you and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

A special congratulations to Shaelyn! We are so proud of you, your hard work, and determination. We can’t wait to see what you do at Murray State and we know you’re going to make an amazing teacher!

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. Here’s to the next generation of leaders heading into the classroom to make that change happen." — Inspired by Nelson Mandela

Steve and Austin are hard at work, getting the units at the new Hobby Lobby up and running! It won't be long before Paris and Henry County have new places to shop!

Most of you know but for those that don't, the new shopping center-called Paris Crossing- will be located at the intersection of Highway 77 and the Highway 218 Bypass; and will be the new home of Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Aldi, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Burlington, Five Below, Bath & Body Works, Rack Room Shoes, and Dior Nail Salon!
