A few before and after pics of 3 chimneys we recently repaired for St Stephen’s Episcopal Church in New Hartford. We removed the loose masonry- replaced a few missing bricks- and installed a 4 part stucco system that is waterproof and will stand the test of time.

We had to dismantle the upper section of a chimney in New Hartford because of failing brick caused by a faulty crown system. We layed new brick did some minor flashing repairs and installed a proper crown with a drip edge built in to it. Finding a brick that is a suitable match is always a challenge on a project like this thankfully the homeowner did that job for us.

We finally put the finishing touches on a nice foundation drainage and waterproofing project at Curtis Lumber in New Hartford. We had to excavate out the existing foundation wall and clean the wall. Install a 3 stage waterproofing system to the wall. Then we installed filter fabric, new drain tile and crushed limestone backfill. Final step was to restore the lawn. Curtis Lumber now has a nice dry basement area.
