The roof deck/view deck at our project is a huge 2510 sq ft, we working on the layout for the outdoor living so we can get plumbing laid out. Here is a rendering to get us started on what will be an amazing space to go with an amazing view!

This is "Venatino Botticelli" is going to be on the two kitchen islands with waterfall sides, loving these beautiful slabs--they have black leathered granite, dolomite and quartz thru it and will be the centerpieces of the kitchen and great room!

If you are following me on my current project, this custom build is a little bit more challenging than typically, because of the importance of the maximum height of this home.
My surveyor has just sent me the Height Verification Letter as required per the City. It is a Registered Surveyor’s report of the highest points on the roof….and I am under!
My magic maximum elevation number is 135.15, and my main wall of concern is at 135.10 👷🏻‍♀️
