Tankless water heater 199,000 btu - This tankless system will operate 2 showers and another appliance at the same time, temp rise is 70 degrees to a temp of 115 degrees.

New 96% Rheem installed and almost done. - The hepa filter is the tan box next to furnace hooked to the new return duct, now the furnace is also up to code as there was not enough clearence on the front side of the furnace the way it was before turning it.

Furnace changeout and humidifier add on, Tankless water heater install. - Changeout of 80% furnace to 96% furnace. This job needed gas line rerouted and hepa filtration system added on. Also a new tankless water heater installed.
