Since 2004, Dave has been in the residential construction industry with a couple years in the corporate world. He started out as a hands on redeveloping investor of distressed properties with a focus on homes from the Queen Anne and Colonial Revival periods. These homes presented many challenges with architecture and structure but the end result was a 100 plus year old home that was completed remo

deled inside and out with current electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation and modern appliances. Today, Dave and the team at Colorado Basement Company continues to fulfill homeowners dreams by creating amazing basements within budget and on time.
