New Mark Homes KC is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team! If you’re ready to be part of building high-quality homes from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist Project Managers from start to finish on residential construction projects
• Support day-to-day operations on job sites
• Perform light manual labor throughout various stages of construction
What We’re Looking For:
• Some experience in residential or commercial construction (required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
Position Details:
• Full-time | Monday–Friday
• Salary: $38,000–$42,000
• Bi-weekly pay (direct deposit)
Benefits Include:
• $5,000 annual healthcare stipend
• 401(k) with up to 4% match (after 90 days)
• Supplemental insurance at discounted rates
