🎓 Investing in the Next Generation of Innovators

For 25+ years, our Wallingford, CT plant has run a summer internship program to help develop young professionals. That commitment has grown into an even stronger partnership with Quinnipiac University over the past few years.

One of the best parts of this program is watching our interns grow alongside their mentors. Recent graduate Shayne interned with us for three summers, and his mentors, Dave and Christian, showed up to support him at Quinnipiac’s Projects Day in May, where he presented his team’s design for a recycling collector vehicle.

As Shayne shared in Quinnipiac’s recap of the event, the mentorship he received went beyond engineering, offering lessons in people skills and management as well.

We’re proud of the growth our interns experience at Roehm and look forward to being a part of developing future students! 🛠️

Tom, our ACRYLITE® Molding Compounds Account Manager, attended the 2026 SPE Detroit Annual Golf Outing yesterday, connecting with industry professionals and valued partners outside the usual business setting. Tom was part of the golf outing planning committee and currently serves as the Councilor of the Detroit Section Board of Directors.

🎉 A special moment for us in Bay City, Texas: together with employees, long-standing partners, customers, and representatives from local authorities, we celebrated the opening of our new production facility.

During exclusive site tours, our guests had the opportunity to go behind the scenes — exploring the heart of the production process and a technology with its roots in Germany: developed in Darmstadt and successfully brought to industrial scale in the United States. 🇩🇪➡️🇺🇸

With our LiMA technology, we are rethinking methacrylate production:
🌱 Significantly reduced energy and water consumption
🌍 Up to 42% lower CO₂ emissions
♻️ Sustainable water management through natural treatment systems

At the same time, the new plant strengthens regional supply by producing closer to our customers — enabling more reliable, flexible, and resilient delivery across North America.

After more than six successful years, our CFO and Labor Director Martin Krämer will be leaving the Management Board of Röhm GmbH to pursue new professional challenges.

Since Röhm was founded in 2019, Martin has played a defining role in shaping our company during a crucial phase. With foresight, dedication and integrity, he has significantly strengthened both our financial foundation and our organization. Above all: Martin has been a leader who built trust and inspired people with his attitude and personality. 💙

We would like to sincerely thank Martin for his commitment, his leadership and his lasting contribution to our shared journey. We wish him every success and fulfilment in the next chapter of his career. 🍀

At the same time, we are very pleased to welcome Goswin Uehlenbruck as a strong internal successor, effective June 1. Goswin has known the company for many years and brings more than 12 years of experience in international finance functions. Since 2019, Goswin has been leading Global Controlling at Röhm and also took on the role of CFO in the Americas region at the beginning of 2026.
With his extensive experience, deep understanding of our company and international perspective, he stands for continuity and future development alike. We look forward to continuing our cooperation.
