The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, creative environment. This customer-facing position requires exceptional organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery. You will serve as a critical link between customers, internal departments, and production, ensuring seamless communication and on-time ex*****on.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple packaging projects at various stages, from initial quoting to final production
• Collaborate with sales, design, production, and quality teams to meet cross-departmental needs
• Prepare accurate quotes, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and resolve plant and production issues
• Prioritize and adapt tasks in real time based on urgency and business impact
• Communicate clearly and professionally with external clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong mathematical aptitude (quoting, cost calculations, dimensional analysis)
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (customer-facing and internal)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to take direction and execute with precision
• Adaptable, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
