The incident has been completed. Crews have reopened the roadways and entrances to the parking lot.

Thanks to Parsons Fire Department for your quick response (Unconfirmed info, but this may be one of the fastest response times in PFD history, again unconfirmed) & Labette County Sheriff's Office for assistance with traffic control.
