On June 11th, six amazing volunteers represented Baystar at Clothed by Faith Deer Park and truly lived out our values of caring and connected.

Our team spent the time sorting clothing donations and helping “shop” for clients. If you haven’t heard of this before, Clothed by Faith provides people in need with a full week’s worth of clothing—and volunteers get to help choose those items so each person leaves with outfits that work for their life.

It was a rewarding experience full of teamwork, generosity, and heart. We’re proud of our team for giving back and making a difference in our community 💙

Hurricane season is about to clock in.

And while we can’t control the weather, we can control how ready we are when it shows up.

A few simple things that make a big difference:
• Know where you’ll go if you need to leave
• Keep your emergency kit stocked (water, meds, batteries = non negotiables)
• Charge devices early—not when the storm is already on the radar
• Don’t “wait and see” if officials say evacuate

Preparation isn’t overreacting—it’s looking out for yourself and your team.

Baystar is turning 8!

We had a great time celebrating another year of Baystar with one of our favorite traditions—bringing everyone together for some ice cream and good company!

It’s always special to pause, share a few laughs, and appreciate the incredible people who make Baystar such a great place to work and be part of. From teamwork on the job to moments like these, it’s the people that make the difference.

In recognition of Earth Month, Team Baystar came together to support sustainability and our local community through a clothing drive for Clothed by Faith.

Over two weeks, employees across the site donated gently used clothing—helping extend the life of these items and reduce textile waste.

With the help of 12 dedicated Baystar volunteers, donations were sorted, bagged, and prepared for distribution, resulting in 93 bags of clothing for individuals and families across the Greater Houston area.

Small actions. Collective impact. Lasting difference—for our community and our planet. Thank you to everyone who donated and volunteered their time.

Baystar had a blast supporting Trash Bash this year!
Last Saturday, our team spent the morning picking up trash in local waterways—and wow, did they make a visible difference!
Even better? It turned into a family friendly day out!
Team members brought their significant others and kids, making it a great mix of community service and quality time together.
There were laughs, muddy shoes, and plenty of full trash bags… but most importantly, there was incredible community spirit.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to help keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful.
