Some people leave a mark on a company that can never truly be measured by a job title. They leave it through the relationships they build, the people they help, and the countless moments they quietly make everyone's day a little easier.
For more than 27 years, JoAnn Blair has been one of those people at Control Solutions, Inc.
From welcoming visitors as a receptionist to becoming an indispensable part of our Finance team, JoAnn has been a constant source of knowledge, dependability, kindness, and support. Her dedication has touched so many across the company, and her willingness to always lend a helping hand has made a lasting impact on employees, customers, and teammates.
While we're grateful that JoAnn isn't saying goodbye just yet, we're excited to see her begin this new chapter as our Office Administrator, where she'll continue supporting our team, company events, and serving as our trusted onsite notary. Knowing she'll still be part of the CSI family makes this transition a little easier.
JoAnn, THANK YOU for your years of commitment, the wisdom you've shared, and the example you've set for all of us. Your legacy will forever be a part of the fabric of CSI, and we are incredibly fortunate to have had you not only as a valued member of our team, but also as a friend. 💐

And this time... we really mean it. 😊 After graciously postponing retirement to help our Finance team through transitions and ensure the next generation was set up for success, it's finally time for JoAnn to enjoy the retirement she's more than earned. Thank you for always putting CSI first. We couldn't have asked for a better teammate, mentor, and friend. Congratulations, JoAnn! ❤️
