Starting a new project. A beautiful 3,000sqft house in Pasadena Tx. This house will be available for sale. We will keep y’all updated with more photos and videos.

While we know Facebook is our biggest marketing tool, we’ve been too busy to post our major remodel we’ve been working on the last few weeks!
First we want to thank our loyal client for trusting Valley North with his home. We couldn’t be more thrilled for the opportunity to work on his home.
Here are just a few snap shots of what’s been going on;
We replaced all of the windows in the house from old single strength glass to new, updated IG unit windows.
Demoed the entire kitchen, (about to start with the new custom build on side cabinets for the new kitchen) relocated some appliances, re wired the house ( got rid of old unsafe aluminum wire) and brought to current code. Did quite a bit of carpentry work as well ( 1 new half wall )
Hung new drywall in kitchen, living room and dining room. taped, floated and paint will be going on soon.
New stairs with custom wrought iron banisters.
