Enhance facility-wide with ( ). QRO is a dynamic reliability approach that combines first principles' reliability models with , multi-variate analysis, and system-based optimization. This combination improves facility performance, balancing , process safety, and spending performance.
The cornerstone of QRO is the Asset Risk Analysis (ARA), which integrates engineering principles, field ex*****on tasks, and measured data to optimize all tasks and spending at a facility. ARAs provide a consistent, data-driven analysis across different asset types in a single platform, enabling facilities to effectively compare risks or prioritize resources.
The ARA analyzes an asset's function and specific performance requirements, evaluates failure modes and potential failure mechanisms, and establishes causal links between the two. Critical reliability data is then analyzed to determine the basis for the asset's probability of failure, and the Consequence of Failure (COF) scenarios are documented for production impacts, HSE risk, and repair and replace costs. The data and maintenance tasks needed to prevent failures from occurring are then linked.
