John Stretavski has been a part of the plumbing, heating and cooling community in NJ for 30 years. In addition to being a NJ licensed master plumber, John has experience managing both residential and major commercial service providers. He holds certifications from NATE, Buderus Boilers, Wiel McLain Boilers, Peerless Boilers, Rheem Water Heaters, Bradford White water heaters, AO Smith water heaters

, Navien tankless water heaters and combi-boilers, Rinnai tankless water heaters and combi-boilers, Gastite Flashshield flexible gas piping systems, as well as EPA certification. Jack Neri has 35 years of plumbing, heating and cooling experience in NJ. Together with his brother Lou Neri, Jack helped make Neri & Russo Plumbing a major competitor in the NJ residential market. Shortly after Lou's passing, Jack teamed up with John to create Green Leaf Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. Jack holds a NJ state master HVACR license and is factory certified in many of the same manufacturer products as John.

This is a picture of the exhaust from a high efficient combo-boiler installation installed by an unlicensed contractor. The landloard knew he needed permits and hired an unlicensed contractor anyway. His tenants have been slowly poisoned by carbon monoxide for 1-1/2 years. The landloard is now being sued by the tenant. Thankfully the two kids and parents didn’t die.

Switching gears today with some commercial repairs at one of our client's buildings in Jersey City. We replaced a few old B&G pumps with Grundfos Magna 1 programmable pumps. We also diagnosed and repaired two Reznor makeup air units serving the common areas.
