Boom repair on this CAT 318M wheeled excavator. Pulled part of the boom section out of the machine, built a temporary brace to support the rest of the boom. Brought the boom section back to the shop to rebuild/straighten and reinforce. Then brought back to the machine and reinstalled. Quite the project.

This MAC walking floor trailer disconnected from the truck while loaded causing it to fall and bend the landing gear mount. We removed the aluminum mount and welded a replacement onto the trailer onsite. Was able to reuse the landing gear leg.

Lower center pin repair on this big fella CAT 982, the bucket is roughly 10yds for size comparison. Had to lance the old pin out as it was welded in and do some bore repairs. But came out nice considering. Was hoping for a better finish on the top but the facing tool broke.. you’ll get that on those big jobs..

CAT 938M with approx 8700 hours on it. I’m still not certain how there wasn’t a face print on the windshield from the hit that broke this. But needless to say it’s back together stacking trash again. One of the craziest breaks I’ve seen in a while.
