Not every roof just needs new shingles.
Sometimes, once the old roof comes off, we find the decking underneath needs to be replaced too (like OSB sheathing).

👉 The problem?
Insurance estimates don’t always include that cost upfront.

👉 The good news?
At Pope Roofing, we specialize in working directly with insurance companies to make sure those necessary items get added back into the claim — so you’re not stuck paying out of pocket for something that should be covered.

Today, our crew had the incredible opportunity to visit the Malarkey Shingle Plant! We got a behind-the-scenes look at the innovative processes that go into creating their high-quality shingles. From the manufacturing line to sustainability practices, it was an eye-opening experience that helps us appreciate the craftsmanship and technology that goes into every roof we install.
