It is with a little bit of a heave heart that I am posting this. I have accepted a salary position at a local Hvac/R company. June 15th will be my start date. I will be completely closing down Richards Mechanical LLC. It has been quite the ride for the past 7.5 years. I have met a lot of great people and have done some pretty cool projects with some of you. This is a decision based on present economy and My future as far as retirement. We will honor any current projects on the books. I want to say a personal thank you to each and every one of you for your business. We wouldn't have made it this far without all of you. This is one of the hardest days in my life. But it IS something that has to be done. Thank you all and may God Bless each and every one of you.

Hydronics is basically using a liquid media to transfer energy throughout a building. This is one we recently laid out. Customer had their building vandalized. We will have to re pipe the system just to verify if the pumps and boiler still work. # full service Hvac/R. Residential/Commercial.

Customer. We do maintenance regularly. Me. Like once every 10 years? We have even offered to train this customer to properly maintain their flaker. 75% of all of our ice machine calls are maintenence related. This one was a dirty photo sensor. Machine thought it was full. Cleaned the screen and Whala. Quoted a detail clean and descale. We shall see. Water quality is of the utmost importance when it comes to ice. From minerals to mildew. Lack of maintenence can destroy an ice machine.
