Carolina Seawall and Soil uses NCFI Terra-Lok 24-120, an innovative seawall foam repair solution. Using NCFI Terra-Lok™ 24-120 Single Component Polyurethane, along with proper equipment, Carolina Seawall and Soil is able to repair, stabilize and reinforce most seawalls and bulkheads for a fraction of the replacement cost.
The process involves injecting NCFI Terra-Lok™ 24-120 Single Component Polyurethane into targeted depths where loose soil and voids are present. The polyurethane’s low viscosity allows it to effectively permeate the soil. Once injected, the polyurethane reacts with moisture, expanding and compacting the soil.

The seawall foam repair injections follow a gradual upward trajectory ensuring comprehensive coverage and treatment. Carolina Seawall and Soil identifies locations along the entire length of the seawall and prepares the areas for injection, focusing on areas prone to cracks, voids, and loose joints.
