Throwback to 2005 — I was only two years old, but my father was out here leading a massive pile cap foundation project for the Briarcliff Manor Residence and Hill Residence in Myrtle Beach. The work was so precise that the CEO of Amico Stay Form flew in just to see it in person — and later featured it on their website. Just Wrapped Up a Stunning Project in DeBordieu Colony!

We had the pleasure of transforming this beautiful property with a custom tabby concrete driveway and back patio — blending coastal charm with durability. To elevate the look even more, we added a Holland stone paver border around the entire driveway, creating clean lines and timeless appeal. The main field was finished with crushed limestone for a classic, low-maintenance surface.

And the grand finale? A diamond-cut entrance that truly makes a bold first impression!
