Finally got this plan back from the Architect and Engineer. Hoping to break ground very soon!

A little color goes a long way. Adding texture/color to the architectural drawing can really help the homeowner see what the finished product will look like.

Some more pictures of our newly started remodel. Removed 4 windows and a bay with a sliding door. We added two large windows and a 12’ sliding door.

Started another remodel this week! We removed a wall in the family room to open things up! Master bath and bedroom is to be reconfigured. The back wall will be reconfigured with windows and a 12’ sliding door. We’ll keep ya posted on the progress...

It’s officially Sold!!! Its a bitter sweet feeling, it’s exciting to have it sold, yet sad to see it go. We put a lot of time and energy into our homes. I think this one is my favorite so far!!!

Spent a couple days helping a friend finish these Rough sawn and Rebar Deck Railings. Turned out pretty awesome!
