Early morning progress at our Veterans MOB project at Cornerstone West. ✅

This morning our team completed a 387-cubic-yard concrete pour, coordinating 42 trucks to lay the foundation for this 60,000 SF Medical Office Building.

The future home of Piedmont Cancer Institute and Digestive Healthcare Of Georgia, this project is moving along with another major milestone behind us.

There’s something special about adaptive reuse projects. Instead of starting over, they give us the opportunity to take what already exists - its history, character, and place in the community - and give it a new purpose.

Progress at Cornerstone 🏗️

Site work is officially complete on our 28-acre Cornerstone development, and crews are now moving into interior road infrastructure construction and DOT ROW work.

Meanwhile, at Veterans MOB - future home of Piedmont Cancer Institute and Digestive Healthcare Of Georgia - all underslab MEP rough ins are close to completion, with a slab pour on track in the next two to three weeks.

Building with Impact. 🏗️

We’re grateful to have partnered with Dogwood Church in Tyrone, GA, on an expansion that creates more space for their community to gather, connect, and grow.

The project added a new lobby, additional restrooms, an improved mezzanine, and approximately 350 additional seats, bringing the facility to roughly 25,000 SF.

For us, Building with Impact means creating spaces that bring people together and make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

We truly enjoyed partnering with Dogwood Church and are proud to have been part of this project.

From the ground up, this 31,000-square-foot, three-story office building was designed to bring new energy to the community while creating a modern space for businesses to thrive. It's always rewarding to drive by and see the lasting impact a project like this has on the downtown landscape.

As we approach the completion of our latest project in partnership with Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., we wanted to share a few progress photos before the final reveal.

This project is a great example of what can be accomplished through collaboration and a shared commitment to quality. It has been a privilege for our Southtree Development and Construction teams to partner with Osmose in bringing this vision to life.

We are proud of the dedication, craftsmanship, and teamwork that have gone into every phase of the project and grateful for the strong partnership that has made it all possible.
