Why is ASHRAE Standard 241 such a critical addition to indoor air quality guidance?

In this 1-hour program, explore how airborne disease transmission impacts building design and operations and the engineering controls that help reduce risk. You’ll also learn how Standard 241 emerged in response to COVID-19 and what its key requirements mean for the future of IAQ.

Participants seeking a deeper understanding of where IAQ standards are headed and how to apply them in practice are encouraged to continue with the 3-hour course: Understanding ASHRAE Standard 241 Control of Infectious Aerosols – Background, Overview, and Key Requirements.

Humidity isn’t just a comfort issue, it’s a design challenge.

This June, build the skills to control moisture at the source with Humidity Control I & II from ASHRAE.

You’ll learn how to accurately estimate moisture loads, select the right equipment, and apply proven strategies that prevent mold, mildew, and system failures. The second course builds on that foundation with real-world applications across different building types, giving you a clearer understanding of how humidity impacts everything from indoor air quality to long-term system performance.

Bring your team, group discounts are available.
