Installed a SantaFe Ultra 120 dehumidifier and tied it into the RTU having all the humidity issues due to building construction issues (which still need to be addressed).
Dropped the humidity from 70% to 80% to just below 50% within a few hours of operation.

We are a full-service, insured, mechanical and installation company servicing air conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers, and indoor pool dehumidification systems. Our focus is aquatic centers, commercial and retail facilities as well as multifamily residential. Our licensed technicians are trained on a variety of systems and brands.

Our objective is to work with each client to identify needs, find cost-effective solutions by either repairing or upgrading systems, and if necessary, install a new system that is appropriate for the facility.
