Pulled-tee headers are some of the hardest work in pipe fab: slow, labor-intensive, and dependent on the highest welder certifications. We built the M4-T-1G to change that math.
On 6" schedule 10 stainless with ten 1.250" branches in the 2G position:
250 min by hand → 22 min
6" butt weld spool work: 208 min → 12 min (17×)
Reject rate: 5–10% → under 1%
Operator training: 1–2 weeks vs. 5–10 years for a 6G hand
The positioner carries the header, the cobot guides the torch, and WeldVision seam tracking handles real-world fit-up. Every pass logs weld data automatically.
