Mold remediation we performed today.
There was A LOT of condensation under the subfloor and floor joists causing mold to grow rapidly!!

This excessive moisture is causing the hardwood floors to cup and buckle severely up top.

The next step will be to get this crawlspace encapsulated to solve these ongoing issues and offer this customer that piece of mind they long to have when it comes to their hardwood flooring.

Crawlspace encapsulation and subfloor demo and putback.

The joist and subfloor were completely rotted out in one area of the house due to excessive moisture and humidity under the Crawlspace.

If you zoom in you can see mold growth on top of the old visqueen due to the water standing on top of the old v***r barrier!
