West Texas, we are here for you! ⚡️
Beginning July 13, 2026 the West Texas and Texas Hill Country communities were hit with record breaking rainfall for the second year in a row. Waterways such as the Nueces, Guadalupe, and Pedernales Rivers rose to 25+ feet quickly with deadly flood waves.
Guadalupe River: 3 ft -> 37 ft in Comfort, TX
Pedernales River: 5 ft -> 34 ft in Fredericksburg, TX
Nueces River: 1.5 ft -> 28 ft in Uvalde, TX
To name a few, areas such as Uvalde, Ozona, Kerrville, Ingram, Comfort, and Center Point have been devastated with severe infrastructure damage. Many rebuilt after the July 2025 floods only to lose everything all over again.
This hits close to home for us as Bill and Katherine Mars have often hosted both family and team bonding activities at their Mountain Home, TX property in recent years. When it became evident the damage would be substantial yet again, our team quickly came together to donate as much as possible. Almost every employee made a donation! From water, clothes, and personal care products to cots, sheets, pillows, and more, we arrived with almost $28,000 worth of items to support the communities that we have been proud to be apart of.
We didn't do this alone though. A BIG thank you to our friends at Rodzina Construction for their $5,000 donation and Calpine Corporation for their donation of $3,600 worth of water, paper products, and cleaning supplies! We would also like to thank Global Empowerment Mission for their support in distributing these donations where they are needed most.
