A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jeremy Yeatts of LyondellBasell—a proud veteran and valued member of our community—for speaking with our students today as part of our Career Speaker Series!
Mr. Yeatts introduced the students to exciting careers within the petrochemical and plastics industries and showed them how science, engineering, and technology are used in these essential fields.
Students learned about environmental protection, workplace safety, identifying and managing risks, and the importance of discipline, responsibility, and sound decision-making. They also discovered how Environmental, Health and Safety professionals help protect employees, communities, and the environment.
The students absolutely loved the interactive session and the opportunity to ask questions and learn directly from an experienced industry professional. Thank you, Mr. Yeatts, for generously sharing your time, knowledge, and experience—and for inspiring our students to see how STEM can make a meaningful difference in the world!
